Bobbi Orcutt - SVP/AZ Mortgage Production Manager

Bobbi Orcutt joined Western State Bank in March 2024. With 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she leads the Arizona mortgage team and provides home loan solutions to customers with quality service. Bobbi is passionate about educating buyers on the mortgage process. Her areas of expertise include first-time homebuyers, investment properties, and second homes.

She is originally from Auburn, NH, and attended the University of New Hampshire. Bobbi also earned a master's degree from Colorado State University. She volunteers with several organizations, including Welcome to America Project and St. Vincent De Paul.  

Bobbi lives in northeast Mesa with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
